Amca was founded by Dr Basil 23 years ago

He was an IMG from Middle East In the process of writing his licentiate Exams,He noticed Canadian

Medical System is totally different than where he came from

The main difference which was fundamental and very important for IMG’s to adjust and progress, was 

the concept of Patient Centre Care System here in Canada as oppose to Paternalistic model in many other countries.

He understood how important this model of care is and how patients benefit tremendously 

He decided to advocate and make awareness amongst IMG’s regarding this fundamental aspect of Canadian Medical System Hence he founded AMCA

AMCA started with workshops about how to communicate with patients and colleagues in a Patient Centred Care System

That was the turning point in IMG’s success in Canada 

Overtime MCC Exams Prep Courses were added and AMCA became #1 home for IMG’s and 

CMG’s to succeed in the process of their LMCC certification
